What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology – also known as Systematic Kinesiology – is a complete form of natural health care that uses muscle testing to read the energetic bio feedback system from our bodies to find where health issues stem from, where imbalances/energy drains are and what particular stresses are affecting you. We then correct those imbalances using specialised lymphatic massage, nutrition, electrical balancing and emotional work.

How is the testing done?

The muscle testing is done fully clothed, using specific muscles in the arms and legs. We can identify imbalances by your muscle responses. Sometimes your muscle will be unlocked and feel weak, sometimes it will appear locked and feel strong. These responses allow us to program the treatment specifically to your individual needs.

Imagine an electrical circuit, with a light bulb attached, there are certain materials that will not conduct and switch on the light bulb, certain materials will. Our body is like an electrical circuit, the brain and the muscle response is the light bulb. Sometimes we need to identify what materials, in the form of nutrition, vitamins or minerals will switch on the brain and muscle response, and which nutrients, emotions and foods cause the brain or muscles to switch off.

Kinesiology is difficult to explain and although it has been around for decades it is relatively new in the North East area.
My advice to you would be to try it, that is the best way to demonstrate it and experience its vast benefits on every level of the human body's ability to communicate and initiate self healing.

Please note

As part of the assessment I will be initially identifying any nutritional deficiencies and advising the strict use of natural herb and plant remedies to aid your healing process. As you will see, during the assessment, that we are all biochemically different, it is not a one supplement suits all. The cost of these will be additional to the treatment cost. You will not likely need to take these for ever, only until you feel improved.

Kinesiology should not be used in place of, but complementary to conventional medical care. Always consult a GP or other health professional for medical attention and advice. Kinesiology does not diagnose diseases nor attempt to claim to treat or cure specific medical conditions.
